Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any app developed by Greg McInnes ("I", "me", or "my"), or by using the topsettraining.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use my apps or the website.

License to Use

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use my apps for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

App Availability and Changes

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature at any time without notice or liability. Apps may be updated periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance.

Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Some apps offer premium features available through in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. I do not have access to your payment information.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Top Set Form Check

Form Check includes three free successful checks per guest or linked account, subject to the recovery limitations explained in the app. Pro subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Check packs fund the displayed number of analyses and do not unlock Pro coaching chat or Practice Mode. Sharing and access to saved local history remain free.

A new analysis of a completed result uses another check for non-Pro users. Failed attempts are not charged, and recovery of the same completed request is not charged twice. We verify purchases with Apple before delivering access. Purchase refunds and subscription expiration may change your balance or access. Guest accounts have limited recovery if their credentials are lost; connecting with Apple enables account recovery but does not synchronize local videos or history.

AI feedback can be wrong and does not establish that a lift is safe or replace qualified instruction. Grades from different footage or model tiers are not directly controlled measurements. You choose what to share and where to post it. Deleting your app account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Some apps use artificial intelligence to provide insights and recommendations. These features:

  • Are provided for informational purposes only
  • May not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
  • Should not be considered professional advice
  • May require transmission of data to third-party services

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

My apps and the content on topsettraining.com are designed for informational and tracking purposes only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Lifting is a physical activity that carries inherent risk. Before starting any exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider. The calculators, guides, and programs on this website and in my apps are educational tools, not a substitute for in-person coaching when you need it.

User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to any data you create in my apps. As detailed in the Privacy Policy, most data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important data.

Intellectual Property

All apps, the website, and their design, code, graphics, and content are owned by me and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

My apps and the website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of my apps or the website.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
